Bridgeway Professionals is a recruitment firm in Ottawa, Ohio providing technical and professional candidates to manufacturing clients in the Northwest Ohio region and across the US. The majority of our search assignments are for salaried level positions.

We have over 60 combined years of staffing and employment experience across multiple industries.
